At Deborah Lang Art, I want to ensure that your experience is seamless and enjoyable from the moment you make your purchase.
All art is shipped FREE Australia wide!!
I take great care in packaging your artwork securely using bubble wrap and sturdy boxes, to guarantee it arrives safely at your doorstep, and everything is shipped within 1 business day.
Alternatively all pieces can be viewed and/or collected in person from my private home based studio in North Brisbane, QLD.
Delivery times vary, dependant on your location and it is unfortunately out of my hands. Packages are sent with tracking and are insured.
RETURNS
As all the paintings are original, handmade and unique, the photos you are viewing is the actual piece you are buying so please make sure you choose carefully, as I don't return/refund for change of mind.
FAULTS AND DAMAGES
My pieces are made with the utmost care and attention to detail, and I take every precaution when packaging but in the unlikely event that your piece arrives damaged due to shipping, I will either provide a replacement if it is able to be replaced or a refund.
PLEASE OPEN YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY TO CHECK FOR ANY DAMAGE OR BREAKAGES
I require you to notify me of damaged goods within 24 hours of receiving your package so I can put in an insurance claim with the freight companies. NOTE: no refunds/replacements of damaged pieces will be offered if you fail to contact me within 24 hours of receiving the goods (as my insurance is null & void after 24 hours).
